Bimo is a product of Oluna, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information Oluna, LLC collects, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the Bimo website, iOS app, and related services. The iOS app and website have different privacy practices, as explained below.

Bimo iOS app (version 1.0)

The Bimo iOS app works offline. It does not collect, transmit, or share personal information or assessment answers. Your answers and result remain on your device.

The iOS app does not include:

• Accounts or sign-in.
• Analytics, advertising, tracking, or session replay.
• Payments or third-party SDKs that collect data.

If you follow a link from the app to our website, the website practices below apply once you leave the app.

Website and related services

The following information applies to the Bimo website and related web services, not to the offline iOS app described above.

What we collect

We may collect:

• Your name and email address if you provide them.
• Your assessment answers and related screen-habit information you choose to share.
• Basic device, browser, and usage information.
• Session-replay data showing how you interact with our pages, such as navigation and clicks. Form inputs are masked by default.
• Payment-related information through secure payment providers when you make a purchase.

How we use website information

We use information to:

• Deliver your assessment result and personalized plan.
• Improve the experience, performance, and clarity of our product.
• Send you product, purchase, and support-related messages.
• Understand how parents use the assessment so we can improve it over time.
• Review session replays to diagnose usability and technical issues.

How we protect website information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and handle information responsibly.

How we share website information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run the product, process payments, send emails, host infrastructure, or support analytics, including Mixpanel for product analytics and session replay. These providers may only use information to perform services for us.

Children's information

Bimo is designed for parents and guardians. It is not intended for direct use by children. Parents should only submit information they are comfortable sharing for assessment and planning purposes.
